The Path of Awakening is divided into ten chapters, each of which could be used as a path in itself or in combination with others. I have found that, for many people, it is most effective to start at the beginning and read all the way through.
If it seems redundant in places, realize that sometimes it helps to hear the same thing said many times in different ways. If you are dying of thirst in the desert, it helps to hear “The oasis is this way” as many times as it takes to find it.
Only you can free yourself. No one else can do it for you. Use this book. Let it guide you.
